“Pookosu” Karuvepilai Melagu

On the rocks or straight up. Complimentary chakna also available — availability varies by day.
In every South Indian village tavern, the chakna matters as much as the drink.
Ours are bold, fried and built to pair with whatever’s in your glass. Some are available depending on the day — ask your server.
